To return an item, please contact us for return instructions.

Item Missing...

At Multavita.com, we try to ensure that 100% of the orders are complete and perfect. If you are missing at item, we apologize. Please contact us and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible.

Damaged Product...

Please contact us by email and be sure to include your order or invoice number, and explain the situation. Examples of damaged items are broken glass, cracked plastic jars, safety seal removed or torn off, and bottles leaking, torn or punctured Mylar bags, etc. Please include photos of damaged packaging and product. Please keep all packaging as this is necessary for carrier shipping insurance claims.

After receiving your email we will then discuss with you whether to refund or replace your product.

Return Credit...

You will see the credit on your credit card approximately 14 days after you send the product back to us.
